you do what you are suppose to do: get his insurance information. If he wants to be an *** nad laugh about it then call the police and have them come take a look and get his insurance info. I'm sure after you tell him that he would gladly hand it over. problem solved, end of story.

 

I just got home now.

He wouldn't bother with abiding paying half price of a bumper. My friends looked at it and just told me, its easily buffable; even since I was planning on buffing the whole car since I'm getting sick of the swirls on OB. Yeah my school is called UTI lol I know some of the jokes on that..Binder, I'm 19. I still don't get the fact is that I'm cool with everyone at my school and somehow there's always that one a$$hole that always starts ****. Should I just call my insurance tomorrow? I don't even know if its too late now. Minding many of you, my classes are from 2-8PM. I just got home from fixing a few cars at my friend's house. Fixing a vacuum line on a Mercedes is a b!tch.

He did give his insurance to me. My other problem about that is that I heard from people in my school is that he has a bad driving record and a ridiculous amount of tickets.

 

Endless Just ignore his record, that is his worst nightmare. For you, just go over his insurance with your company insurance to get your car fix. And it's never to late to contact your insurance after the incident. I am just worry that your deductable would be like $500 and your damage cost less than that...then it wouldn't make any sense to pay your own pocket $500. Check out with your car insurance adjuster to see how much would it cost to repair, if it is less than your deductable, you would have to get a police report to force other guy pay for the repair without going to your car insurance!! Im in the insurance game. An agent for a large company. First calling the cops probably would have been a waste of time. If the accident occurs in a parking lot that isprivate property and police stay out of accidents in parking lots UNLESS SOMEONE IS INJURED. In fact in most claims involving parking lots in Texas each parties insurance company will pay for their insureds damages and each party is deemed responsible for their own damages. This is not true in your case because you were not in the vehicle at the time and it was parked. Therefore the azzhole was at fault. Sorry but parking lots are friggin black holes man the worst place to have a fender bender.

 

at least you got the insurance # someone hit my car in acme parking lot and left a note on my car that said "people will think im leaving my info ha ha". i called acme and they wouldnt even let me watch their security tapes to see if i could see who did it.
