01 kawi zx6e for sale 5k miles, great beginner bike $3k and its yours But if not, rims are probably the best looking mod you can do, my car is low enough to scrape my driveway and its not even dropped, go figure.

Wheels all the way...biggest impact imo

u can always pick up new/used springs for cheap, still will compliment your new wheels nicely!

go for the rims and a spring drop...Save up for the other stuff. I try to work with a budget and plan for each upcoming spring/summer in terms of mods..Usually end up going over that budget but not by too much

i've decided to get rims and 350z h-tech.. all i need is someone to help me install the springs.. i don't want to pay around 200 for installation from a bodyshop... so anyone from NYC, Queens area wanna help me out?
