I'd pick the Lexus because after having one lemon I am sure you are lemon shy and the Lexus is the least likely to be a lemon

I say G37... However, if you got the dough go M3. I dont think that it is in the 40 - 45 though, more like 50

 

I just wanna know if there is something that I must know..
and having an experience of Lemon Lawing my 06 G35 coupe 6MT
within 11 months worries me of spending another 40k+..
so I'd like to know if there is a car that I shouldn't buy from this list..

Look at JD Power survey Lexus is the least likely to be a problem. I think it's also the fastest car on your list.

 

If you don't need a back seat, one can buy a base new '07 Vette for $39K now. Pretty hard to beat for performance and looks, although the reliability won't match the G35.

I don'r why everyone is talking about the new M3, when it will be WAY out of the $40-5K price range mentioned, probably about $20K more.
