no. sometimes i get tired of it but that happens like 2 times in the past year.

anyway, the G35 manual tranny is trickier than other cars, so you might be discouraged at first, but then u'll get the hang of it

Regret? It's like the best thing imagineable to have a 6-speed manual tranny for a driving enthusiast(even though our trannies aren't that smooth). Every time I get in my car, I am exalted with great joy in being able to drive my lovely 6-speed G.

yup, you won't regret it, even tho like everyone says our trannies aren't the best, but i went from a 86 300zx to a 04 g and i love it. just wish they were cheap to mod

Def dont regret getting a manual. I'm driving the new 07 sedan right now. My coupe is getting a new block thanks to oil issues. The loaner has the auto with the manumatic its ok but i like my 6spd much more. I can't wait to see how the 08 coupe feels w/330 hp and 6spd tranny just wish it had a bit more torque.

I think you'll find the number of people who regret getting a manual to those getting an automatic is very one sided, get the manual, even with its issues its better than the auto in just about every situation

I'm on my second G35 and have been driving it for over a year and still think my transmission is messed up on a daily basis. One day I'll resign myself to the fact that the G tranny is just notchy and unsmooth.

Still love manuals though, except in traffic.
