Nope I love manual cars....not even sure if I would buy one with paddle shifters unless it has a true clutch. It's just too much fun.

Nope, not for how and where I drive the car. If it was my daily commuter in heavy slow traffic my choice would likely have been different.

Hmmm . . . Good point, David. I never thought about that. When looking for a replacement for my totaled bimmer vert, I would have definitely passed on the G, if a manual transmission was not offered.

im not constantly stuck in traffic so i love the manual. i dont like the tranny but oh well. i deal with it. next car will definitely be manual too. took me a while to get used to this tranny but now im kinda happy about it. though when i do get in traffic i get frustrated haha

I just traded in my 05 Auto for an 07 6MT and love it already.. i regreted getting the auto after a month of having it and i finally 4 days ago pulled the trigger.. although i am not the best drinving stick yet, im getting better every day.
just incase you ask why didnt i wait for the 08 its becuase i really dont like em and they wanted like $150 a month to get it. no thanks.. haha

if your leg is in a cast (say, torn achilles or ACL), then auto would come in handy . . . otherwise, if you prefer control and involvement, go with 6MT
