yes we do.. i noticed with my older cars, that didnt require premium, would get better mileage and perfrom better with premium so why not... and c'mon man... do the math 20 cents more a gallon times 20 gallons.. a whole 4 dollars.. dont be cheap! it'll save you money in the long run

edit: unless you have an 03-04 sedan, premium is highly recommended

Most of the things you hear concerning premium vs. plus is usually not as much as it is played out to be. At the end of the day, it comes down to compression ratio, and our cars don't have a c:r high enough for premium or plus to make any considerable difference. So whether you use premium or plus, it is up to you.

The only thing you should consider when it comes to gas, is quality...don't be going to no discount gas stations like that valero/citgo/etc. Their gasoline is usually not concentrated enough with low levels of toluene, meaning lower gas mileage and also low quality gasoline causes "gunk" build-up in your engine. So when it comes to gas, always go name-brand.

citgo is not that bad. best are shell, exxon, and chevron.

10.3:1 isn't high enough to necessitate premium, maybe you should some more reading. The ECU pulls timing when the knock sensor detects pinging from lower octane gas, thus you will lose performance with lower octane gas, there are dyno's around somewhere that show this as well

My friend just bought a prius and a guy at a stop light is that older honda hybrid said he gets about 5-8 mpg better by running premium.

If you cant afford the gas for the g35 you really should not be driving one....its like financing payments on a lamboghini!

its really not that bad.. i ran myself a little test. each tank, i reset my trip with a different grade of gas. found that i get the best mileage, over 300 miles (not bad for a G) each tank on 93 octane. spend the extra money on it. itll be worth it in the long run.

What's wrong with financing a lambo if it's not something you plan on owning for yrs?

let's just assume premium is 30 cents more expensive than regular and you fill the full 20 gal every 2 weeks. Do the math: .30x20x52/2 = $156 more a year on gas which is next to nothing compared to insurance, car payments, mods, etc...
