Talking Finally got a G and need some opinions!!

Hey guys I finally pulled the trigger on an 04 blue/black 5AT G. I am still learning new things about this car everyday and I continue to love this things more and more! I need some opinions though on how gunmetal wheels look on royal blue. Also, what should be my first step in making this a better car if possible. thanks!!!!

a drop should always be your first exterior mod. Most other exterior mods will look silly without it.

that being said, lower it!

I was unsure about mine but I put on new wheels and tires and then dropped it. I really like the eibach springs, they lowered it nicely and it handles a LOT better. Doesnt feel much more of a bumpy ride than the stock suspension did. Maybe the bigger bumps feel worse but the little stuff doesnt feel bad.

yeah whatever you do dont go chrom, unless its a lip. if tint it out along with the tails it will make the blue look/appear darker to the eye, match it with some gun metal wheels and a drop, you wont even need a body kit cuz it'll look flyy

Begining Mods.......

Go to the Marketplace section......member selling 19" Volk GTMs for a great
price.....gunmetal too! I'd buy them myself but I already have a set of Volks
and my wife wouldn't understand having two sets......HAHA

Wellcome to the boards. What should you do to your new G? As for the looks, you should get a drop, Eibachs, Teins, H&R to name a few. The drop is not that agressive but it really shows in the 'looks' department. Second get some nice wheels to go with your drop, 18's or 19's is a good size to go. Gunmetal or machined silver would look hot on your color!
