INFINITI SERVICE SUCKS
always question about my warranty
miller infiniti is the worst ... they have potholes in the driveways
I had a noise in the front end
the mgr said your car is lowed that voids your suspension warranty
so went to glendale and they gave me a hard time too.
they wanted charge me 145.00 to look at it under warranty..
but they greese the compresion rods and the noise went away,
but infiniti service is strick on after market stuff now
looks like I might go back lexus/bmw in the next car
because g37 does not impress me

 

Some Dealers mod friendly some not.
Sorry to hear those two aren't.
Guess Glendale changed, thought they used to be mod friendly.
New owners maybe

 

My dealer bent over backwards to try to get stuff in under warranty. Why should he care, Infiniti pays him anyway. I have mods up the kazoo and they still support everything that is original. They won't fix my turbo under warranty though - go figure!

 

I experienced **** poor service at Miller Infiniti as well (Hi Tyrone ). I stopped going there.

Try Metro Infiniti in Monrovia, CA if it's not too far. IMHO, they are simply the best.

 

Glendale huh? Are you Armenian? They charge us double you know ... Sorry about the bad experience. I had a 2001 modded 540 and BMW was really cool with me on Warranty work. I don't know what to say. I guess you just have to find a good dealership.

I cant say enough about Costa Mesa infiniti in Socal CA. They are the best, the warrantied and took care of everything even when other dealership wouldnt. Pretty mod friendly. Riverside infiniti is mod friendly!
