Re: clear corner help!!!
1. When you buy the clear corners, they come with orange bulbs so if you want to have the clear look then you need to buy 168 wedge bulb [color of you choice].
2. The clear corners just pop in and out. Look in you manual to see how to do it.
3. To change the bulb in the vertical light [clearance strip] you need to unsrcrew and take out pins in the front wheel well panels to get access to the bulbs. They are the same size bulb as the clear corners. There is a DIY if you need help in the DIY section.

Re: clear corner help!!!
Hope this helps:
1. Its looks best to install a clear bulb as well like the Piaa Xtreme Whites instead of leaving the orange ones. Looks pretty dumb having clear corners with orange bulbs.
2. Dont need to have them installed by a shop. They pop right out. Your owners manual tells you how to take them out. There should be instructions with the corners when you buy them as well.
3. The following link will tell you how to change the bulb in the vertical strip:

Re: clear corner help!!!
I read in a previous post that changing the orange bulb and putting in a clear bulb is a ticket waiting to happen... Not something a cop would pull you over for by itself, but if you get caught speeding or whatever, that is just one more ticket they can pile on the list...
That being said, when I finally get around to getting clear corners, I am definitely changing the bulb because I think it looks stupid otherwise. My 2 cents

Re: clear corner help!!!
I have a CB G and JUST had my front corners painted blue, with piaa xtremes as the bulbs...Killer, I really love the look. Sure its against the law...
...but i'll risk it for now, I really can't see the NYPD troubling to ticket me for my reflective corners. We shall see, its just an option to clears, I like it...cheers

Cops here dont even know what Infiniti is let alone a G-35. If I get pulled over I'll just say thats how it came from the factory. hehe

Re: clear corner help!!!
I think someone mentioned that most law states that as long as the light does not project blue (some white lights are blue bulbs like PIAAs), does not flash white (i.e. clear corners that flash white) or seems brighter than the headlight, its ok.
This seems to be true in Hawaii as I have discussed this with some of my police friends.
You can mod your clear corners to flash, but as long as they flash amber and not white, esp. if located on the side of your car. (vs. front of your car)
