Not a bad idea to heat the glue up first with a hair dryer or something first.

It's possible. Go read a few threads on debadging and you'll know everything you need to know.

Different colors in different climates produce different results. The only way to know for sure is to try it.

I gotta say, I debadged my car and just last week but the badges back on. I wish I never took 'em off. Seems to take away from the car itself.

Debadging....thread 20

[QUOTE=kricci11]Not a bad idea to heat the glue up first with a hair dryer or something first.

I can't believe there's only 19 different threads found under debadging, please
read some of them and you'll discover the recommendations above are
incorrect. The only time you might need a heat gun or hair dryer is if you're
in Canada and freezing your a$$ off! Only four things are required to
debadge your trunk lid....fishing line (better than dental floss) GooGone to
remove any glue (WD-40 works too) Scratch X to remove any shadows left
by the letters and then throw a good coat of wax on the lid....now you're
very cool like the rest of us that chose the clean look....

Not required but definitely helped... i tried it both ways.

But thanks for telling me that my own personal experience is incorrect.
