Quick Question...HELP!

I posted this question in the Deatiling and Eye Candy forum but got zero (O) responses and was hoping my fellow Coupe owners wouldn't let me down the same way...

Anyone have suggestions for a good headliner cleaner for the G? My kids touched the headliner and the section between the dashboard and the roof (next to the window) and I need to clean them.

2 G or NOT 2 G, there is no question!

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

i had a grease stain on the headliner and front pillars from the infiniti mechanic monkey and i used resolve to get it out. my interior is graphite so the dash always looks clean...or dirty?

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

so you used Resolve carpet cleaner on the pillar and it worked fine...without any residual?

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

Use al ot of caution with the felt coating! I've had a lot of problem with my other cars developing bare spots. While Resolve might solve your problems don't use the appicator as it might scratch of the felt!

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

no residual...but like wrah said dont use any harsh applicator. all i did was blot with a cotton towel. spray, blot, repeat.

spot check it to ease your mind but resolve worked for me.

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

WRAH, that's what it looks like, like the felt is ribbed off. I think the service ppl did it when they were changing my oil cause my kids don't get in the front, they value their life too much. So, what do I do?

Re: Quick Question...HELP!

If it did in fact rub off, then there is little you [yourself] can do. Locally some detail shops do repair problems like this, but I don't know of any home solution to your problem.

I always worried about the felt in my car, cause I know it can be a little biotch.

They might make a kit for patching things like this, or maybe Infiniti can do somthing @ a price!

Have you tried logging in with all caps, or the same way you reg. to the site? This fixed my edit problems!!!
