I know G35 coupes have a 20.1 gallon tank...Im pretty sure the G37 has the same or nearly the same ...I wouldnt see why the sedan would have a different tank either..I average about 18mpg with a mix of city/highway ...probably more city.I get in between like 300-360 miles out of a tank.....but i usually dont have enough to fill it up completely either lol

My normal driving is about 70% highway / 30% city and I get about 300 miles per tank on a 05 auto coupe.

When I take the car to Florida I can get about 420 miles per tank, straight highway driving

I do about 70% city and 30% highway. The worst mpg i've gotten is about 200. I'm averaging about 240mpg on my automatic.

Fuel gauge off

I recently noticed, on this thread, that the G35 has a 20 gallon tank. so i looked it up and sure enough, this car has a pretty big freaken tank. I filled up recently after my fuel light came on and i only pumped 14 gallons. it was then that i realized that my fuel gauge may need to be calibrated. there's no way the fuel light comes on when there's about 6 gallons left of fuel in the tank. if that's the case, then the fuel gauge is off.

anyone calibrated their fuel gauge before? oh, and i got about 250 miles on my last tank of about 14 gallons cosumed.

hmmm, maybe Im in the same boat as U. Ive had the car since 04 and didnt know it had a 20gal tank - fuel light seems to always be on. And when I fill up it aint 20 gal worth. So I guess I am getting more than 220miles outta a tank. Damn, now its gonna be harder to justify that jeep srt8 I was plannin' to cop

I do about 80% city driving 20% highway driving and I get about 250 miles per tank. I range in mpg anywhere from 14.5 to 17 just depending on my freeway to city ratio. I have some mods, just intake and exhaust to the engine though.
