i read about it like a year ago but gas prices werent that high a year ago so i never gave it a second thought. i kept adding 2table spoons full of it each time i did a full fillup, started off around 19.3...about 2 weeks later it got up to 19.8city..and hasnt moved since. i've done it for nearly 5 weeks but i've stopped now, im trying to see if it'll decrease my avg mpg now that i've stopped.

i could not find the step from this site..
User psedog has the Factory Service Manuals for the Coupes and Sedans hosted on his web site. You'll find pretty good instructions for changing the fuel filter there.

Factory Service Manuals

Basic synopsis: Make sure gas tank is around 3/4 full or lower. Remove rear seat. Lift up carpet. Remove inspection hole cover. Disconnect fuel tube and wiring harness. Remove fuel pump/filter/level sensor assembly as a unit. Replace as needed. Installation is the opposite of removal.

I just drove back to DC from Atlanta and I only had to use a tank and a half. According to the Fuel Economy list on the Factory Nav I was getting 20 mpg. For long trips use as much of the Cruise Control as you can. I was a bit heavy on the pedal but it was to get the hell out of all of the trucker's way. Some crazy dudes out there. I was expecting to pay around $250 for gas but ended up shelling out around $150. Not bad I guess.

The reality of owning a G 3.5L V6 that sucks gas like a V8 pick-up truck.

dang so far ive driven about 200 miles and im at half tank... i do drive slowly most of the time and cruise on the freeway at like 67.

yes 2 tickets are enough to slow down a young drive in a g35 >.< but at least i get great gas mileage

Do you guys reckon the fuel consumption information is accurate ?
