Intake Questions.
Hey, I had a question as to which intake system would get me closer to 300hp. I wanna get my G upto 300hp without spending too much money. I had these two systems in mind:

Which one would be best and why? Thanks for your help!

Re: Intake Questions.
I'd get the Stillen before I'd get the AEM. Consider the JWT popcharger as well.

Re: Intake Questions.
The 11 HP claims are bunk. You may get 2-3 out of either if that. The stock filter is already close to zero air restriction so buy which ever you think will get you colder air, which will get you more HP moreso than the resistance will. Since no one has ever measured the air temp at speed on either, whatever anyone says will be speculation. I went with the JWT popcharger since it was $105 and easily cleaned. Combined with a Z tube the sound is truly awesome.
Best way to 300 HP is with a new plenum, cats, pulley or headers.

Re: Intake Questions.
Cheapest way to 300bhp is intake (~$200-$300), plenum (~$400), cats (~$350-$550), pulley (~$230), and you may (may not) need to add a new y-pipe (~$350-$450). We'll know soon enough 22 more days... what this combo yields...
Others prefer expensive exhausts, expensive headers, etc... but for the price/hp ratio I "think" what I've listed above is the cheapest mod recipe that will make your soufflé.

Re: Intake Questions.
Have you seen this installed? You "might" not like the location of the air filter. I know I liked the Z-Tube set up much better.
Your mileage may vary...

agree w/ above....
jus for the heck of it, i installed the Z-tube yesterday (only temporary, obviously) and am pleased..... the true CAI's reloacte the filter-head VERY low on the chassis, where ALOT more debris, dirt, dust swirl around (from the road's surface)
my bet = Z tube it, and get a decent non-restrictive plenum...
i will be sellling my z tube in about 1-3 weeks..... (one the snail arrives)
