My Alarm Key Holder not working* help!

tired to search around but couldn't find any info on this, i have an '05 G, and for some odd reason all the buttons for the car's alarm do not work at all, from the Locking of the car, unlocking, opening the truck and the panic button have all just died- thought maybe it could just be the battery since i just use one of these as my main and i have the other as my spare, but when i got my spare one, same thing... they all don't work, so now i'm just confused? i can't arm my car at all and now i have to unlock the car with the key, anybody have an idea on how i can get them working again?

Try a new battery before doing anything else.

no hope still, checked the car's manual and there isn't anything in there about alarm keyfob, it only says about changing batteries, what's odd is that the red light in my car to indicate the alarm is working blinks, but the keyfobs themselves don't work at all- not sure if i should buy another set of batteries or not :/

i had the same problem on my driver side. Its nothing due to the battery. Its the motor worn out. i forgot what it call. I brought to the dealer. They said they fix it for $450. Then i bring it to the bodyshop. The motor is only around $80. So i will fix it in the bodyshop when i had time.

try reprogramming it with the instructions on this link. If that doesnt work, your reciever could have gone bad. I dont believe it has anything to do with a door lock actuator, since it affects both doors, and the trunk.
