Big question is the amount of mileage on the vehicle. Timing chain should go for what? 60K miles or 75K in general? If the timing chain is already going in say 20K or something like that, then that would be slightly pre-mature.
Brake pads are generally wear and tear, but weren't those covered under warranty for the 03 and 04 when they were wearing ridiculously quick?
Belts has to be AC and PS/Alt

Warranty and re-call
I have an 03 G, and my passenger side window motor went out and the fuel gauge was not reading the gas right, its the second time they fix those issues once with the previous owner at 20k miles and the second time with me a 70k, they charged me 660 to fix the window motor and also to fix the fuel gauge because it was not reading the gas correctly. Supposubly it was a Good will thing but i think its bs. Anyways, it there again for the fual gauge. Anyone have the same issues?

The Fuel gauge is a known issue, and can often be fixed just by cleaning the sensors on the fuel tank or something with a cloth.
