VDC OFF light gets stuck??
Hey its not serious or anything but the other day it rained so my friend and i went to and empty parking lot (huge and smooth fresh pavment ) and when i would drift and the back end would wash out on me my VDC OFF light would stay on. Also the slip light stays on. I go to turn the VDC on and the light doesnt go away but it resets when i turn the car off and back on. It doesnt do it when i just drift out a little but when the car turns completely around. Any ideas? Like i said its not serious, i was jw..
Thanks guys
Thanks guys

its 100% "normal" and the system does that as its suppose to, turn the car off let it sit for 15 seconds. Turn it back on, all lights should be gone. If not, unhook the battery, everything will be reset.
I had this happen to me and posted the same questions about 3 years ago. The nav telling you to go to dealership is comical, mine said the same thing. Its fine...

When the VDC light stays on after donuts/drift/whatever, even though the VDC was turned off. Its because VDC does not really fully disable after a user presses the VDC off (Just in case you feel like doing something stupid near a cliff, the computer might be able to save your ***). So when you do some crazy/fun/stupid stunts with the vehicle and the car doesn't understand why it can not correct itself then the light stays on. When the light stays on then the user's VDC is truely off.
