I am a long time lurker and first time poster. Thanks to this board, I bought a 2004 G35 Couple 5AT in June. I was kind of desperate for a new car because my old car broke down and I had no way of getting to work. I decided to splurge on a luxury sports coupe that I can have fun driving while being young. I almost bought the 6MT, but I live in Los Angeles and I spend too much time in traffic.

I went through a period of buyer's remorse because I *thought* I could not afford the car maintenance on the G35 and I think the interior looks not-so-luxurious. I drove my cousin's 2005 G35 and I felt like my G's engine wasn't has powerful. Well, I didn't realized that Infiniti refreshed the engine and added more hp for the 2005+ models. As a matter of fact, I listed it on CL for sale, but I kept getting lowed ball.

Fortunately, I discovered R&B Factory on this board. I am happy to have such a group of guys that are passionate about the G35 community as well as my best interest at a very reasonable cost.

For all my SoCal G35 Coupe drivers, I highly recommend and personally vouch for R&B Factory.

This weekend, I needed an oil change and new brakes and rotors. R&B Factory went through the extra effort of inspecting my car, educating me on a large variety parts, and provided accurate recommendations based on my driving habits.

This weekend convinced me that I will drive 30 miles to Montebello to have my car serviced at R&D for everything.

Now, they have me researching various intake and suspension options to up the performance on my G.

BTW, the dealership quoted me $630 to replace front brakes and rotors. Hmm...
