Is there a difference between the Elite warranty and the warranty offered with a certified used infiniti?

Word, I paid $2400-something for the same warranty. It'll be worth it regardless since I bought my G in April with only 4 months left on the basic warranty. Car had 39000 miles on it, but I'd rather have that assurance that I can take it to the dealership and have them fix whatever needs fixing without me coming out of pocket. Hell, they had to replace a headlight and ballast about two months ago and that was $600 that I didn't have to pay for.

getting the warranty is very smart to have, u won't fully understand it until your car begins to have trouble within the powertrain, when u then realize "wow i should have gotten an extended warranty"

Yeah, especially since this isn't a cheap car to upkeep. The only thing I can't do now is mod it til I feel confident enough that nothing is gonna go wrong. I'll just mess with suspension for now. No power upgrades til probably years 2-3.
