You're right, I bought my G new in 2006 and was devastated when last year an uninsured driver hit me. It wasn't much damage, only structural, the front and the rear bumper and a crease on a quarter panel, cost 11k though (insurance paid) and had to be away from my car for 2 months, most depressing time of my life, lol.

As far as the G37, I test drove it, seems a lot more quiet, poised and sharp. I like the blue instrument lighting more, and the rims on the S are looking good but the car seems less aggressive.

My search continues. I'd really like to get another G35, but I might go for the G37. Anyone tested one?????
good thing you're ok and the biggest problem is the bumper holes... I've driven my Buddy's G37... revs are smoother but the car doesnt feel as Raw... If i were in the market, i wouold take the G37 sedan over the coupe.

I'm not really a sedan man....at least not yet!...lol! I love coupes. I'll test drive the G37. The thing I like about the G37 is the technology in it. Better navigation, graphics, the whole shabang! I love the way my G35 sounded, and I still prefer it's styling over the G37. Im all over the internet trying to find my baby's twin. I'll keep ya'll posted.

BTW, if you see a G35 black on black with nav and high 20K - low 30K miles on it....HIT ME UP!!!!!

I have both the G35 (mine) and G37S (brother's) coupes. The G37S doesn't feel the same as the G35 model for sure. Interior wise was a big step up from the previous model, but the exterior could've been better. It does sound meaner though. Both the cars own have Nismo intakes on. If you like the handling and style of the G35 more than the G37S, then stick with it and find one thats right for you. If not..I'm pretty sure there are deals going on for 08 models unless you want the 09 (not sure if there are any minor differences yet besides the ones we all know already)

I'm looking at 5 different G's and I guess i'm finally getting down to the fact that I will not find my exact G again, but maybe I can modify another one to my specs. Anyone know how much it would cost to take off the side dent guards???? I really want to preserve the paint. Is this hard to do?
