Exactly^ much better.
And no to the halos. Could not stress that more. 06 projectors or if you want to spend $ retrofit with tsx or fxr projectors for the best output.

'05 coupe.DG Stock...external mods beginning...
New owner '05 coupe
Looking for some light mods, nothing radical yet...

ideas...
Grill painted black..(maybe get 2nd grill for swappable..)
Paint calipers...
2006-2007 Projector HIDS
Hood: would love to have a custom hood with black venting..

Note: craigslist ad for this coupe grill..thoughts? Not sure what this actually would look like...

That's a Gialla or replica grill. lots of coupes on here have run it or still do, just do a search here or on Google and you'll find a lot of pics to see how you like it.

Running a Gialla grille with no other mods looks tacky IMO
Gets kinda cheap looking. Best bet is to paint the grille black if you're lookin for a quick but complimenting mod

Hey guys I have a black 2007 g35 coupe 5AT. I'll have had it for 2 years in January. I just joined on here and have learned more about this car in a week then I have since I've had it lol. So far I've done wheels/tires but don't like the rims anymore and there 19s and I'm going with 20s now. I'm also dropping it aswell soon. Other then that got the tint done, clear corners and injen intake. What do you guys think I should do next? I was thinking a MD 5/16 plenum spacer. I'm not sure what I want to do with the performance as its an automatic, I know it doesn't matter but I kind of want a 6MT cause its getting boring, hence why I want to do more mods to it so I can be fully satisfied with it before I get a different car. Any help would be great, thanks.

I agree it just looks kinda off on stock with the grille. I've seen some that have pulled it off but they had some work done to their G's.
