Look at powertrix Not a bad setup for a DD. They're a pretty popular choice with the z32 guys.The owner Charles is a great guy. You can call him on his cell and he works with you step by step with any questions.

Most people on here will tell you stance or bc coils. Those are great choices too also but prob outta your price range

 

Hey guys I'm looking to do a few mods to my car in the coming months and wanted your guys take on them and if I should do something better. I'm looking to spend around 5 grand give or take.

I have a 07 black on black g35 coupe AT. So far it's mainly stock, the only things I've done are new Michelin Pilot Super Sport All Season tires all around, window tint, new wheels, injen intake and clear corners.

Here's what I'm looking to do!

Double din and pioneer HU ($800)
Paint grill ($50)
Kumura Z front bumper ($600 painted and installed, Id like to get side skirts but don't know how much they would be)
Motordyne plenum spacer ($250)
New wheels ($500 - selling current ones as I don't like them anymore)
Springs, camber and allignment ($800)

The last thing I can't decide between is the HKS true dual hi power exhaust or the Motordyne shockwave tdx exhaust with the art pipes. (Both are around $2500)

Let me know your guys thoughts, this is about what I wanna do, nothing too crazy.

 

Well side skirts should only be like 300$ i would go with impul sides. I wanted a kurama z bumper but i only liked it with the greedy skirts, and thats like 1000$ for skirts alone. So i ended up getting a full kit for only 1g more... You should look into cheap peformance parts. I also own a 07 auto g35 so i can help you alot with that.

A true dual exhaust setup - i like stillen.. And hks?? Something like that
A 350z intake to replace the stock g35 intake you can even take it a step further and buy a rev up air box to replace our stock ones i heard it has some better gains. ( or cia if u do all these mods )
Transgo transmission kit
Grounding kit ( wires ) helps with tiptronic lag
Not sure if an aftermarket pulley and throttle body will give any gains as ive never seen peeps talk about it.


Im sure theres a few more but cant think of anything atm.

 

Goddamnit, use the search button. You know how to type. Get poly bushings, springs/shocks or coilovers, camber kit of your choice, the basic G air mods (including any exhaust), and the body kit and rims of your choice. Bam, project done. Not that complicated. Yyyeeeaaahhh..I don't know how you veteran forum guys have put up with these same questions day by day for so long.

 

Yah the side skirts are 300 and then install and paint at least another $500 and I got a hook up on that. What exhaust do you think is good? I heard hks doesn't make exhausts for g35s anymore but there's still some floating around on ebay lol, I want smth loud but not super annoying loud if you know what I mean

I have a stillen single wall true dual exhaust and i loveeeee it.

I still like kumura one lol. The stillen sounds awesome, I also really like the greddy sp2 one

 

Instead of dropping the 2500 for the exhaust, spend the money on wheels that ARENT $500

Btw what wheels are they anyways? Hopefully used OEM Rays cuz I'm not sure what else would fit that..

Mine are TSW jarama, the black Wheels with chrome lip that nobody likes (including me now) lol, I bought them 2 years ago when I didn't know crap lol. Selling them for $500 and the ones I want are the avant grade m310 wheels which are $1000 so that's why I said $500.

Is it a good idea to buy a used exhaust, obviously in great condition and off someone reputable. Could save a lot more money and use it for something else.

I'm in need of a new front bumper and I'm at a toss up between the Nismo and Inven, any recommendations with stock 06 side skirts? I have a hard time determining which side skirts are on the pics in google.
