In all fairness, the $5k paint job is from a place that literally takes off all panels and does a quality job from the inside out. No doubt that's the best way to go if you got the cash, but you can get quality exterior jobs for $1500-2000.

I've seen the guys work whose doing my car and he's done great work so I'm not worried and plus it's a hook up. Don't know why you would pay 5 grand for a car that's worth around 15k.

Juice, bro your car looks great. Well worth the money, I'm sure, but I am subscribed to a thread here posted by a guy who got a real quality paint job for $1500. I'll find it tomorrow and hook you up. I also know a guy who got a sic 2-tone paint job for his camaro for $1000. I'm not saying you got ripped off, cuz yer **** looks sic, but there are paint jobs out there for all budgets. Its just like buying anything else. There are $2 wrenches at Walmart, $200 wrenches from snap-on and everywhere inbetween.

$800, I'd lower it, get poly bushings in the LCA and comp rods, new upper control arms, a magnaflow muffler, camber arms and toe bolts in back.

Hey guys I got a injen cai in my car and it sounds great but feels slower then before. I've had it for awhile but havnt thought anything of it until I was thinking of selling the car to somebody who used to have a G35 coupe aswell but totalled his and wanted another one and when he test drove mine he said it felt slower then his aswell. Only thing I can think of is the intake and possibly the slightly heavier aftermarket 19" TSW Jarama wheels.

I've noticed other people say the same thing on here, so I guess it's pretty common. My question is most people seem to like the k&n drop in filter and z-tube combo the best in our cars. I'm planning on adding a Motordyne tdx 2 exhaust with art pipes, md spacer, transgo valve body, grounding kit and a Osiris tune, will the switch to the k&n and z-tube even make a difference in the end? Or should I not bother and just keep the injen one? Thanks guys!

How old are your spark plugs? It can make a huge difference if they've got too many miles on them.

Change them. I would bet money they're original and due for a change. I felt the biggest hp bump as well as mpg improvement of any other mod when I changed my old plugs.
