Weight reduction. Take out the entire interior except the driver seat, but replace that with a racing seat. I think they're like $100 at Walmart.

Auto Club has competitiveve driving classes which will teach you how to get out of trouble quickly should it happen. Every young person should take this class, I have no doubt it would save lives!
