go with test pipes. see if the turbo kit you choose has an option for 3" downpipes.

First, fixed your grammar. Horrendous.

Second, you didn't quite answer why you called the forum idiots, retards, and losers.
All I saw was another attempt at more name calling?

I dont think it does... I have a turbonetics turbo kit.... (Well thats where it started all thats left of it is the turbo) So I think I will look into Fast intentions Test pipes. Tomei headers or Z1 headers... Something that route... Currently I have hallowed out cats and I need something different. Just hope I dont need a full retune after all is said and done, otherwise I should just buy them now and install them BEFORE the tune.

buy and install them before your retune. no need to spend money twice or to always wonder if your tune is off.

You are right... I am not going to do the test pipes for like a year I think though.... Plus the car is at the shop and I dont want to pay their prices for a install on test pipes. I think when I get them I will do headers at the same time.

I think I'm going to wrap my roof as the paint up there is looking a little weak. Thinking gloss black to "match" the OB or gloss Carbon..

Go with ART pipes or some high quality hfcs like random technology. Test pipes sound like $h!t

With enough airflow, raspiness should not be an issue. If he really wants to ditch the cats altogether, a long tube race headers setup would be the best option. But since he is turbod, resonated test pipes can accomplish the same while helping reduce the nasty raspiness as well.
