Coupe 6MT Premium RAS
Only the 350Z came with the Nismo option, the Infiniti G35 came as either a sedan or coupe, with either a 5AT or 6MT tranny, with either RWD or AWD (no AWD for 6MT), and with either the premium interior package or the base interior package.
There were a few other options available depending on the year, things like exterior cosmetic mud guards, all-season rubber floor mats, etc. Typically if it has a sunroof then it has the premium package, however the sunroof was available as it's own option for a couple of years. If it has a BOSE stereo or dual zone climate control then it definitely has the premium package.

Nismo sold a body kit that fit the 03-04 sedan, they also sold one for the coupe as well. It was never a factory aero option from Infiniti though. If you come across a G35 with Nismo parts on it, it's because the owner added the pieces at some point over the last 18 years or so the cars have been available. The Nismo front bumper was pretty popular on both the sedan and coupe. Nismo sides and rear were fairly common on sedans, and the coupe rear diffuser got copied and turned up everywhere. The coupe Nismo spoiler is very rare, mainly because most people didn't want to pay $1,000 for a big ****.
