Hi, i've got a 2005 coupe and im looking to spend some money on my car for christmas present to myself lol.
Could anyone recommend:
A set black rims with a blue lip and tires
A cool air filter
A new style grill
A type of spoiler
I'm having trouble finding nice looking items myself, so thanks in advance for the help!

electronic mods

I am wanting to make an ECU mod and considering the Cobb Tuner; any feedback or suggestions for this product or any advice on electronic mods would be appreciated.

i was wonderin the same thing about the cobb tuner.

I know alot of people think NITROUS is a very bad way to go but i live in memphis Tn. I take my car to premier autosports and the guy that owns it loves Nos and im about to do it to mine. He said he has put it on 10-12 Z/G's. Before my exhaust upgrade he told me that with a 100 shot my 05 g35 AT would be in the 13.30's opposed to 14.80's. He has a computerized system that will not allow you to use the nos untill you are at the right rpm and at full throttle. He charges $1450

There are no good performance chips for our cars. An ecu reflash will do good AFTER you start modding

And the cobb tunner is more effective in turboed cars and since we are NA they dont do much.

ill admit im very noob at cars. but ive done somewhat a good amount of research. and looks like alot of people get cold air intake with z tube, and spacers..and exhaust...but besides that what would give me the most performance gain? without going turbo is there a way to add alot of HP and such

Not a whole ton you can do if your staying NA
ztube/popcharger
MD 5/16 spacer
exhaust
headers
mrev2 for the 2005 MT coupes
all decent mods but not so great when you consider HP/dollar
theres other ways to increase performance that are overlooked because they dont necessarily increase horsepower like swaybars, coilovers, and grounding kits, and a whole ton of other small mods

Without having to research all over this site, any opinions on which grounding kit is best for an 03 5AT, as well how I can get one?

I would have to disagree with fortune cookie; NA cars can still be beast if you are looking for an everyday driver that you want to remain well rounded. I have an Injen cold air intake, Kinetix plenum, unorthadox pully's, and just added the Cobb Tuner and my car is tuned a little shy of 350hp. Although forced induction is the way to go to compete with the big boys, I just wanted my G to have quicker response and I can tell you that compared to stock my car feels a ton faster. Im considering an HKS turbo kit but am happy with the way its running now.

There's more than just horsepower when tuning our cars, unless you just drag race in a straight line which is boring and doesn't require a lot of talent. Look into "Mine's" and read about how they design their builds; it is a blue print on how the G35 and previous skylines are built to bring out their full (track)racing potential.
