You can have almost any locksmith cut new keys based on your VIN number. Most will require you to bring in your vehicle registration as proof of ownership before cutting if you cannot drive the vehicle to them.
Those keys will open the DOOR but will NOT start the vehicle until the car BCM is programmed to accept the key, some locksmiths have the software for this and some don't. Nissan charges $125 I think for a BCM key match, you can have up to 5 registered keys and it's a flat rate to program the BCM to accept them regardless of whether you're doing just 1 key or multiple.
