Check Engine Light on

i just installed the z tube, k&n filter, spacer and mrev2.....but the check engine light soon is on...any suggestions on what to do to fix it also is it normal that when in neutral it idles at 1000 rpm's

hmmm.. I installed all the same parts at the same time on my 2006 6MT a few months ago and never tripped a CEL... Did you reset the ECU? Other than that if there's a dealership nearby take it in and ask. (Just don't tell them it happened after you installed the gear ;p_)
Its still under warranty, and if its because of the mods they'll just tell you that and won't charge you anything. I had a similar issue with my High Flow Cats and a service engine soon light :/

exactly...need to reset ECU...follow the link in the previous post or leave ur battery cable undone over night....to easy...your ecu with reset and configure itself to your new mods.....

leaving the battery cable unplugged will reset the ECU?

Yep, just remember to crack the windows before you disconnect the negative link. You'll know the ECU has reset when you lose all of your radio presets.

not trying to be a dick but i hear so many people saying to leave the battery unplugged overnight..so not nesscessary.. remove negative and pump brakes several times and thats it..
