Hello all,

I purchased a G35 coupe to replace my BMW 330i. I have looked on this forum for some time and now I am an official owner! These G's are really nice and I look forward to some mods, but not too many as I always seem to get into!

My "G":
2003 G35 coupe
6 speed manual
Pearl White / Black leather
Nav / Bose

First mod: 350Z air box, and some sort of exhaust that is not too loud!

Question:

How can I play DVD's on this? Thanks

If you check the Audio/Nav section of this forum, you can find out how to get the factory nav to play dvd's (with an accessory).

"Infinity" was a "figure of speech", sorry for the typo, but it was intentional!

This Nav is really complicated......I am a rookie though!

Ask socalted...hes got a dvd player in his car...omg he was telling me about it...and nearly fainted...i love electronics...and he said that the dvd player had to be dismantled and the pcb boards rearranged...then he uses some kinda gizmo to interrupt the navi video/audio feed to the screen soo he can play his dvds....ask him...hes got a sick trick car...I can't wait to see his laptop addin..thats one I wanna do myself..

NO PROBLEM THERE!

The 350Z airbox goes in today, and I will probably have an exhaust on by weeks end.

Yesterday I hardwired my Passport 8500 in, filled the ashtray with quarters, loaded all 6 CD's and played with the Nav for about 2 hours!
