how to test a set of 06 headlight without installing it on the car?
Ok, Im buying a set of 06 projector light that does not include bulb nor ballast locally.
What are some stuffs I need to inspect/test on the headlight to make sure they work?
Its not installed, so he says he can't show me.
How can I test the headlight to make sure it works, without actually installing on the car with plugs..etc?
I have a extra set of OEM D2S bulb that im taking with me. Is there any way to test the headlight with just set of bulbs without ballast without actually installing it on my car?
please need help on this asap. im picking them up tonight!
thanks in advance!

I don't know of a way to test these headlights until they're installed. Since you're buying them locally make a deal with the seller that they work. Visually inspect them for any damage, now buy the correct bulbs and install. We have an install vid here on Driver....search. Should be easy, they're just a plug and play since you can use your OEM ballast....G/L

If you're just buying the physical headlights, no electronics, then you can probably get by with a good inspection.
Otherwise, you can bring your own HID bulb and ballast, hook it up to a modified computer power supply or any 12V power supply, and then you can tell if the cutoff pattern is ok.
