I don't know but thanks for that link, I have the same issue with my seat as well as the problem with my glove box light staying on. I hope I can get my dealership to take car of these issues.

I just called my dealership and they said that recalls are covered no matter how old or how many miles the car has.

I believe recalled items are covered under warranty, but some may make an exception.

ohhh I see.
Well I just went to cerritos infiniti for the axle click fix, and upon return of my vechile.

The advisor came out and stopped me before I left and told me if I knew that there was a TSB out for the driver seat tear. I didn't know nothing about it.

He told me that they ordered a new seat with cushion and seat for free for me already and he'll call me when it comes in to schedule an appointment and install it.

It will all depend on the dealership. I had my rear axle click fixed out of warranty for free by the dealer, because there was a TSB on it. I have heard others in the same situation have been told it's not covered. Is it ripping from the plastic behind the leather? Mine is starting this crap too...

Jenna, when you consider the cost of a new seat cover an hour drive isn't bad considering the STEALERSHIP by you will likely fail to cover it. I don't get companys in todays economy not taking care of their customers. You'd think they'd be.... LTFOL
