Exclamation Key Sensor?

Hey whats going on peeps? Well I had an almost sh&$ty day the other day when I locked my keys in the car. Now I know that our cars have the sensor in the keyless entry but recently I havent been able to use it. I dont know if the battery is dead or if there even is a battery. Im stationed in Germany and man Im like the only person out this whole country with a G talking about feeling like a celebrity when I ride around . Germany has Nissian but they dont have Infinity so I get looks from every one and have broken English conversations with the nationals here. But, to get back to the topic, is there a battery I can change or how do I get this remote to work again it works every blue moon but its not like when I first had it. Good thing I left my sunroof cracked it took me and a friend 2 hours to shimmy a clothing wire to get my keys through the sunroof.
