I have never had an issue with my K&N... I run them in all my cars..

What the hell is this "reusable" air filter with "light oiling"?? I'm almost afraid to ask

I wonder if my ****ty 14 mpg gas mileage can be attributed to that filter I put in years ago.

K&N filters let in a lot more dirt though. Which can lead to more silicon in your engine which can led to extra bearing ware.

Imo Wix Paper filters or Napa Gold Paper filters, I read up so much about filters, Paper is just the best way too go if you can use em.

Wow! Thanks for all the accumulated knowledge. So I take it, there is no benefit from going to K&N and MAYBE I am creating unnecessary problems. I think I will send it back and go stock in the G.
