G35 were not meant to go fast/ race. If you wanted a race/fast car then you should have gotten something besides a g35. like Sti,Evo,Civic,240,350z,s2k/etc which responds better to mods with much less money involved, which are lighter, which have better handling i can go on and on.

G35 are pigs, but some what comfortable. There meant to cruise and relax in, not race like ya rice burners do. Thinking its the fastest car in the world and wreck into some innocent people.
Hmmm, I dunno where I said my G was the fastest car in the world, lol. My Bugatti Veyron, on the other hand, with it's auto tranny, is.

High 1/4 times? seriously? sorry you need to learn to drive man.. manual with a good driver will beat any same car auto.. not to mention that automatics are generally weaker than their manual counterparts being as the transmission is not as efficient as a manual.

and the high Oil consump on a manual is total BS as well. you think this is a stiff clutch?
you never drove a real performance car then.

my 5.0 stang with a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch is literally almost 2x harder to push than the G.

this car is a easy to drive creampuff in comparison perfect for commuting compared to the 600 hp stang.

The only thing a Auto has over a manual at the drag strip is consistency..
stick it in drive and your times will be close every time as long as you launch the same every time.
where a manual the launch and the entire race take alot more skill to run consistent times especially in bracket racing.

Yea I use my 5AT coupe to ONLY get groceries. There is so much trunk space I can fit a Costco supply of groceries back there. If auto=fail, then I guess infiniti failed at making the G35 because there are more ATs out there then 6MTs. I guess people just love to hate.
