Just clean your seats with a leather cleaner that leaves no residue. Leather conditioners aren't necessary since the conditioner will not be able to permeate the top sealant coating that is on almost all leather car seats today. The only place you would actually dealing with leather is where you rubbed off the coat and subsequently the dye. Your seats should stay looking healthy and new for a long time, and shouldn't develop any more cracks.

Just use a mild cleaning solution to clean the seat. Water and Woolite in a 10:1 mixture works great.
The dye job did come out nice however. Just toss your conditioning routine as you're probably doing more harm than good.
