and i have searched this site and have found that a lot of people here having the same problem and i have found a thread that shows a guy who had this problem, he get his car to the dealership and after making checking on the car the dealership decides that he need to REPLACE the ENGINE!!!!!!????? and since he is still on warranty the dealership changes his engine and got him a new one.
but we the people that are out of warranty wtf we are going to do!!!????????

i can see on this site that is a common problem here, so if it is SHAME on infiniti how can they build this type of engine.

i have the same noise, i dont worry about it. I know its notting major because it only happens in the morning so it must have something to do with oil flow... the guy u posted about got his engine replaced not because of the noise but for oil consumption.. he took it in for the noise but they found something else. And yes it might be the Chain Rattling after an oil change it becomes louder then it goes back to normal.
If the ticking goes away within seconds of start up there is probably not too much to worry about. If it takes minutes then I'd become a bit more concerned.
What kind of oil and oil filter are you using, and how many miles? Some filters either have defective anti-drainback valves or none at all, or the valve is poor quality and can't stop 0W from getting back into the pan.
If the noise is oil-related (cylinder heads being starved) overnight should not be an issue unless the filter valve is bad or missing. Nissan does have a TSB about adding oil to upper cylinder after prolonged storage or an engine build.
I use PureOne 14610 and Castrol Synthetic / Edge 5W-30 and haven't experienced this noise except after weeks of sitting idle (I don't drive the car in winter). In that case I've learned to add a small amount (1/4 qt) of oil, and to prime the system using a couple of false starts (turn motor without starting) to get the oil pump charged.

Everyone thought that his engine noise was "normal".. Turned out, he needed a new engine....
Best thing to do is have a professional look at it. Especially if it's still under warranty.

I wouldn't disagree, especially if it's under warranty but that noise in the video is far beyond a ticking noise. Sounds like valve chatter (timing chain, cams, valve seat issues) to me and is definately not right. No wonder they replaced the engine, the diagnosis and repair would exceed that cost.
Is the ticking sound very loud? If it sounds like someone is banging a metal rod against your engine you should have someone take a look at it. If its a ticking sound that you can't hear in the cabin then it might just be noisy injectors.
