Foglights

I had bought luminecs bulbs and within a month and 1/2 there were both out. Well I bought some nokyas and now that I installed they are not working either. I checked the fuse ehing the battery #88 for fr fogs and nothing. Please help

Is the fuse burnt out? Do you know if there is power going to the fuse?
