Sounds like you have an electrical issue on your hands. 337 for the flush is sounds about right. Dealership told me 345.

yep def having some electrical issues. im almost just considering putting in manual front/back adjust like u would use with aftermarket seat - esp w/ as much of pain as these have been and they arent very fast

Going to Infiniti for service is a mistake, you should check with the Nissan dealership since in my opinion their mechanics are better trained and your cost will be considerably less....30% to 40%. Just have Nissan service your trans, we've heard some bad things about trans flush....

^ I don't know if they're better trained Gary, but what I do know is their better trained at stealing

but seriously $337 dollars right? **** lol Try going to Big O Tires they charged my friend $40 bucks for a trans flush but make sure you buy the tranny fluid from Nissan/Infiniti then have them do it for close to nothing idk why everyone always resorts to the Stealerships for everything *SMH

okay i just thought i read somewhere around 100k it needed it maybe i was wrong on that - so when should i do it.

and as far as doing anything by them, I do all my mechanical stuff - always have on all my vehicles and toys. i just dont do electrical and was just curious on the pricing seemed extremely high since ive done it in my other vehicles for near nothing - i dont think i would let them do it anyway.

Starting @ 60k its your option if you want to flush or not. If you have a A\T just change your ATF and use 3 quarts Nissan S....

about the seat, could be the switch or power. easiest way to check is ask another g35 to swap seat to determine if the problem is from the seat, module, or body electrical

about the losing power.. check your battery terminal...make sure it is clean and tight. also check your grounding points. especially around the fuse box

the answer to your seat problem my friend is the swich and the power cord i just had this problem last month when my seat started smokeing while i was driveing and i hit some train tracks scared the crap out of me i thought my seat was on fire. i went to the sealership right away but they told my it was going to take a whole day to find out what the poblem is and at $120 per hr. i told them F off so went to my friends shop they found it in 15 mins. so long story short, your power seat cable tucks right underneath the seat where there is metal, power cord, metal. and with the seat moveing back and forth and going over bumps the cable gets fraided over time. so this is why sometimes you have power and somethimes not but with mine it was completely split in half that was why i had smoke comming out of my seat. so my friend ordered and new swich for me and it turns out the new power cord runs in a new place so i'm guessing Nissan knows about this problem but will not tell people about it has a flaw in the old placement of the power cord

i dont get why everyone pays the stealership prices either. i never understood how they get away with charging an hour of labor (which is already ridiculously over priced) for something thats going to take them 10 minutes to do. i mean if your going to charge a crazy labor rate at least be legit about it.

LMAO! This is the funniest thing I've read on G35Driver.

Props for not bending over for the dealership.
