My car is making the axle click sound again but from both sides, i got it fixed around 45k. But i dont think its the problem this time, it does this when going in reverse and forward. Any thoughts on this . Thanks

The fix isnt a permanent fix..... It will happen again, just like the Compression rods arent permanent either! Mine is starting to do it again also!

Pull the axles apart and repack them with grease.

can you get this "fix" done multiple times by the dealership as long as you are under warranty? I just started getting the click at about 50k =/

mine didnt start clicking till about 45k miles and i fixed it myself my dealership wanted like 350 for parts and labor
. Anyways i went and bought the next best grease available becuase what the TSB ask for is the molykote grease from the dealership that is over $100. so i did it for a mere $25 and it only took an hour at most. ( which by the way it looked like there never was any grease to begin with it was so dry) So if you can use a wrench you can do this fix yourself. besides i made sure it was very clean with a wire brush and applied an extra amount of grease to make sure now it even goes into gear smoother.
try the dealer if you can though good luck

^It literally sounds like a faint clicking sound. Can be heard best when the car is slowly accerlerating from 0.
