Windows making wind noises

My car had the bulletin performed once again for window streaking. On the passenger side, you can hear a wind leak. After pushing around on the black foam, my finger went outside, with the window up. My driver side is the same way, not as bad though. The dealer just replaced the seal or something. I can't believe how bad these windows are made. My car also gets water in it when I go to the car wash. ANYONE else have this problem?

What year is your car? No such problems on my 04.5, and I Laserwash it enough that I'm suprised the damned clearcoat is still on it (at least once if not twice a week). Zero leaks.

Re: Windows making wind noises
Yep got some minor wind noise on the driver side. Its due to the seal not fully seating. Its already been to the dealer twice for the same problem. They seem only to be able to lessen the noise but not completely remedy the problem. I chalk it up to the window design, which is absent of a upper frame for the window like most cars. I have had another car with the same type of door/window frameless design but never had this much problem with before. I think its just something that we are all going to have to live with.

Re: Windows making wind noises
well..at 125mph...i guess it wouldn't really matter if it gets noisy....you probably have your music pumping all high =)

on the other hand...at 70mph..i would be cruising...and its extremely annoying..but anyhow..wonder if there's a fix to it

Re: Windows making wind noises
How can you hear anything in the G...its so damn noisy. I think my Honda Civic is quieter at freeway speeds. I did have an intrusive wind leak on the passenger side rear window which was fixed by replacing the entire window. Dealer was very accomodating and took care of it right away.
