So im about to pull out all of my paneling and seating in the rear to replace the interior clips which the tint people 4 years ago didnt replace properly. I was thinking whle im doing that, should i place in Sound dampening material ? Would it be worth it ? And if it is, can someone tell me which material is best for this ?

If you feel the car is too noisy from the inside then sure, but thats up to you. There's a material that was mentioned in the audio section thats supposedly better then dynamat, I can't remember which thread though.

But its only half the car, so that's why im a little iffy on it

I use a brand by the name of Cascade. You can do a liquid paint on version or a typical dynamat type material that sticks on. I have used both with great success. I have a couple rattles in the rear of my coupe that i need to get rid of as well.

A little dampening even on half the car changes quite a bit. Near the rear struts and spring bucket area on the floor boards and wheel wells help. Problem is, that stuff is heavy

This sounds super ghetto, but I used housing insulation in my trunk as a temporary fix, works just fine and I paid $5

Rudy's stuff from sound deadener show down is great, cascade is too, and so is second skin. Only 3 products I would use. Rest is either overpriced or not that great of quality.

Best parts to do is where there is thin sheet metal. My suggest is do a layer of deadener mat followed by some foam like product (like luxury liner pro from second skin). Deadener mat itself isn't enough to keep out noise, that's not it's purpose but it does slightly help.

its won't really make your inside cabin quieter but it'll make your stereo sound better.

If you use the proper stuff, it will make it quieter. Hence why I mentioned luxury liner from second skin.
