Yeah, I wish. He lives in NY, so he flew home a day later and now I'm stuck. I doubt I can fix the by ordering parts... needs paint/body work.

My profile says NC, but I live in Miami now....

ouch sorry for your loss bro . Your friend is a rrrrrrrrrreeeetaaaaaarrrrrrtttt making a turn from the middle lane . I would put a picture of his face on the quarter panel and write dumb *** over it . He must be a honds driver . I would make him cover at least 75% of it . 25% from you cuz you let him drive your car . I guess its a lesson dont let anyone drive your car expecially if they are not on your insurance policy .

Well, what's done is done. can't change what already happen. Lesson well learn and time to move on.

So, how long will it take to get your car up and running again? Have they decided on everything yet?

ouch my dude, that kinda hurts. i'm about to work at one soon as the transfer papers go through.

anyways, holy ****, dude he better pay for the damages! this is why you don't let other people drive your car. my one buddy keeps asking to take my car for a ride and i still refuse to this very day. good luck with this man, that looks brutal

UPDATE: My friend's insurance company will cover my car and the rental.

They are sending out an adjuster my boy's body shop, let's see what happens.

That is good news. Are you really going to just fix it and sell it?

That really doesn't look that bad. My G got hit in the same spot at like 5 mph in a parking lot and looked a lot worse. I definitely wouldn't consider it wrecked. Good to hear his insurance is doing the right thing and covering it. Make sure they give you a decent rental too.
