EASY FIX
Go to the dealership...
Ask the Parts Department if they can send you a tech (if you dont already know one)
Ask him how much he'd charge you just to connect the Consult to the car and "RELEARN IDLE AIR"
Chances are it'll cost you less than $20.00 (IF YOU DONT KNOW THEM). If you do, just take care of them how ever you feel it is needed.

hahaha its simple our cars have this problem over time. Sounds exactly what i felt and figured out.
Your exhaust rubber hangers are wearing down and the exhaust, I almost guarantee is coming into contact with the center under brace. When the car is moving the engine moves, when you slow down it shifts in the mounts and that why you get a shaking when its touching and then it goes away. Its only apparent if you put the car up a lift and listen closely.
An easy fix is bed the hangers so it clear better with a mallet or bend em by hand. Or a lazy fix is to add washers to make the center bracket drop down. My dealership did this.

I just joined this site because I started to have this exact same problem. I have a 2003 G35 4dr with almost 90K miles on it. As soon as I start crawling forward at a stop light it goes away, and it only shakes like 1 out of 15 times I come to a stop. It feels exactly like sitting on a washing machine going through the spin cycle.
I hate to say it but I have no idea how to look at anything on the car myself, and I don't have any tools to even try (recent college grad, live in an apartment). I think I'm going to bring it in to get looked at by a mechanic, unless someone has another idea. I'm probably due for some sort of maintenance at 90K anyways (I bought it at 79K 6 months ago), I need to check the manual to see what I should replace at 90k.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.
@in2win I don't really know what your referring to, but I may print your forum post above out and bring it into my mechanic so he can see if that's the problem.
