High pitch squeak after installing JWT popcharger/Ztube

After installing JWT popcharger / Z tube and taking for a drive w windows down I noticed a squealing sound. It sounds like a belt squeaking but only does it from 2000-2500 rpm also when you let of the gas after heavy exceleration. I did a search but there is so much about squeaky brakes and other squeaky things. I was going to try and record it but you cant hear it do to the wind. Ive tightened all hose clamps and checked and re-checked everything. This sound is bothering the crap out of me.

i can hear the "swoosh" the popcharger makes WOT. Under normal acceleration it only happens @ 2000-2500 rpm. I first thought it was a belt.

It also does it on the low end just not so Wham in your face. Almost sounds like a metallic whistle. If you go in a tunnel you can really here it. I used to get the do you have a turbo on there line all the time.

Remove the negative side of your battery, take it all off and reinstall making sure every connection is tight with zero leaks....take your time. Then put the battery back togeather and give her a test drive. Still might be one of your belts worn or cracked. (one more thing to check)

OK. Have taken negative cable off battery and unhooked the whole set up and then re installed everything making sure to tighten everything. Still after everything I hear that squicking noise. I even took the time to make sure all the belts were fine and not dry rotted. If I dont find out what the crap this is I'm taking it off and selling it.

that's a normal noise

at first i had no idea what it was but i realized it's from the pop charger and i can only hear it with my windows down and when i'm driving. ie my passengers think i'm crazy.

but the battery reset is to "reset" the ecu which is supposed to help your car get more gains from the intake but eventually the car learns it.

but the squeal is normal from the intake, i mean given it wasn't there before the install.
