100K Mile G35?
That's a hard question. You have to consider how many previous owners the G had. Even at that, you will not know how each owner drove it. I personally would not do it. Spend a couple more grand and find one with less miles if you can afford it. Good luck bro!
bought my 2004 g35c with 59,800 for 12,500 with one previous owner today
took me 3 months but i found exactly what i was looking for. cant wait to get it home from the dealership, hopefully this week when i have time and then its
for days on end.. dont give in to overpriced dealerships/private owners. make them an offer they cant refuse

i brought a 03 with 139k in last year august and now it has 147k. still on original clutch, no serious issue yet just some common problems like other G35. Since it had original clutch, it proven those were highway miles.
You can always pay a bit more for a transfer, so look in neighboring states even.
I got my 2007 last month with 33,500 miles on it w/ 8 months remaining of bumper-to-bumper, so they are out there. Keep looking.
This was in Atlanta, though. Might be harder in smaller metro areas.
100k car will require a bit of maintenance such as belts, and hoses possibly. I know you're focusing on the big stuff like clutch and tranny, but there are a LOT of little things in a car that deal with stress and heat and time.

Look at the prior owners and maintenance history. I have no problems at all buying a higher mileage vehicle. Mine currently has 117k on it and runs like a top. No leaks, no noises, and runs perfect.
