Tad bit of help :/
If you want a drop and won't need a camber kit really just go with oem 350z springs, that is if you dont want a major drop. It'll drop you about .5 inches, mine actually dropped me about .75 inches. Alignment all in spec too. It's very moderate so don't expect to be slammed, to some people it's worth it, to others they may think it's a waste- I'm personally happy with my oem 350z springs because the roads here and driving conditions and with my car being a daily- makes it tough to go much lower especially with my daily routes that I need to cover.
If you want pictures of the drop I can provide you some if needed. IF you want to drop it more and don't mind a camber kit later on- I love the eibach drop on the coupes because it's even and it fits well with many wheels. If you want to slam I highly recommend Stance coilovers or even some Tein Basics potentially with EDFC.

well, the proper thing to do would do would be to drop it with the new wheels on...im gonna update my list, STL roads are bad...so 350Z OEM springs will do just fine...learning a lot here
I know these aren't the best pictures since it was kind of dark and such but you can get a mild idea.
Here is a few stock pictures a few days after I bought it.

And here is a couple of pictures of it lowered on oem z springs.
