Good luck with it and try not to sink to much $$$ into it because they arnt really that fast
So just save up some $$ and when you think u have enough saved sell the prelude and buy by the G
hey can you explain what POS is, and getting on the vtec alot.
Is the prelude alot better on gas?

POS = PIECE OF &(&#

Getting on vTec alot means launching car and JOY RIDE.

If you want a fast car with gas mileage. The only one I've found so far that is decent on both is Celica GTS, RSX-S but then again I am bias on those so

I had an 04 rsx-s it was fun I suppose. I used to like preludes. Mine was also comptech supercharged. I miss it time to time but comparing to the G, it's a different level, also much more fuel economical ..
Never drove a prelude just sat in a few.

If I had to go for a cool inexpensive car, it would be the Lexus SC300 the Preludes and Acura's suck.

Why do preludes and Acuras suck? Just curious to your reason behind that...

Pos=Peice of ****
Getting on vtec=your vtec on the prelude h22a kicks in at 5200 rpm it's like a little boost from 5200 rpm untill Redline it's not really noticeable but you'll feel the extra Lil power.some people well drive there car in the vtec range I usually use to shift my gears in the prelude around 4krpm..

As far as gas goes it sucks my g is way better on gas than the prelude.if u want something good on gas go with a Honda civic with a d15 motor if u just need something to commute with.
The prelude is a really reliable car as long as it wasn't dogged out real bad from the previous owners

My last car was a 2000 Prelude TypeSH. Great car, fun to drive.. I think it handled turns better then my g35

Reliable, better on gas. The vtec was actually really nice on the prelude.. the car screams when it kicks in.

No regrets owning one.

Ok dude im right in your boat. My parents bought me a G35 when i was 15 and a half so i could practice driving it. The only deal was when i turned 16 i would have to get a job and pay off the Loan (they payed for Insurance). It wasnt to bad like 275 a month but it was worth it. Im still only 16 but man i love this car. IT HAS TO BE ONE OF THE NICEST CARS IN THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT (except for my friends corrvette).
ALSO

NICE CAR + NOT TO BAD LOOKING MAN = HELLA CHICKS and P_ _ _ _Y.

if your into that kind of stuff

Damn it dude quiet. I'm trying to ease my pain from wanting to get a G35 for the same reasons and now get a Prelude. Stop making me regret my months of dreaming.
