Just did ECU reset on Loaner...

Yep. You heard it!

LOL. I just got a loaner. My coupe's in for service.
1. Squeaky Clutch Pedal
2. Squeaky MT Shifter
3. Haze on Headlights
4. Whine coming from engine.

At first, the tech looked at the NISMO ground wires and asked what it was. I say: "NISMO Grounding wires" He gives me a vibe like that might be causing problems. I almost kicked him in the face. We'll see what they say... Maybe it will draw attention away from the Crank pulley

Anyway, i picked up a loaner. Don't know how i was ever able to drive AT. I can't stand the RPMs going every which way.

Gonna reset the ECU before lunch and take it out. Maybe i'll de-badge it too

I was hoping to race my I-35 loaner but I have to give it back already. Feels pretty quick - I bet I could take a G!

I say rape the car as much as you can. The dealerships dont baby our cars when we give it to them.

BASE ACURA TLX NOW WANT A G35 AGAIN THOUGH
Re: Just did ECU reset on Loaner...

Here's my $0.02 regarding "loaners"...

Each dealership should allow G35driver.com members an allowance of say $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 to fix up "1" loaner car of our choice. This fixed up loaner designed by g35driver.com members would all get together and find a way to let's say "pimp out" a loaner car or "showroom car".

This "pimped out" car would not only be used for members who already have slammed out cars but should be and can be used at future meets for demos and car shows...say HIN...I know HONDA dealerships do that already.

Anyways, this idea has been pondering my mind for some time. How fun would it be to let members fix up a loaner car or showroom car and have it sold as a new????

Any other ideas...???
