What brake pads should I get??? Suggestions/Help please...

I've run the Hawk HPS the last two times I had to change out the pads. No issue with the rotors or sqealing or anything but great stops. My nephew was driving me around one time with the kids in the car. The car in front of us jumped out of the lane that we were doing about 75 in and we saw a mini van that must have been doing 55 at best. Any way, my nephew hit the brakes so hard, that the kids Starbucks cup went flying from the back seat cup holders straight into the center console and just below the stereo. So as far as stopping ability, the HPS pads work. I had a guy at the local AutoZone tell me that the pads sqealed a lot when on his Mustang,, but I told him it was probably because it was a Mustang . Great pads though. I ordered them through www.mynismo.com and they shipped them that day. Those guys are the best.

I had a less than pleasurable experience with the Hawk HPS pads on my 05. Didn't like them at all so I replaced them with OEM when they were half used and have been really happy.
Didn't have the heart to sell the Hawks so I just gave them to a friend here in town. Not a pad I would buy again.

Bed in or Break in Process....
After you pads have been installed you take your G out and complete the following:
1) Take your G up to 35 MPH apply the brakes until you reach 10 MPH....do this 3 times without stopping.
2) Same process but this time take her up to 45 MPH and then down to 10 MPH....do this 2 times without stopping.
3) Here comes the biggie, take her up to 65 MPH and apply the brakes lightly until you get down to 10 MPH without stopping.
By this time the brakes will be extremely hot and might even smoke a little. Now park your G for at least an hour and let everything cool down. The brake pads are now glazed into your rotor surface and you've eliminated much of the noise members experience without doing this process....and she'll stop!

Hawk Performance Ceramic brake pads
How about the Hawk Performance Ceramic pads? Anyone have some experience with these????

I could do that process and my brakes would still be cold relative to their maximum operating temp.
